The movers were very professional and on time. I dealt with some issues with timing and worked with the company to resolve them. They gave me a credit and worked with me to resolve the issues which i greatly appreciated. It makes dealing with a company worthwhile when issues do arrive and they are willing to keep their customers happy and work with them :)

In response to the above letter, please be assured that USA Express Moving is not a terrible company nor have we EVER written our own reviews as indicated above. As I'm certain anyone of you would agree, there is always two sides to every story as in this case. The numerous, positive Letters of Recommendation that we have received are all factual and well-deserved due to the great service our movers provided. This information is completely false and malicious in nature. To write such comments are completely irresponsible and unprofessional.

The above individual, is simply unhappy because she was not in agreement with the discount of $300 we provided to her daughter for her relocation. They had contracted with us to provide a long-distance relocation to a storage facility. It is always our goal to provide our customers with the very best service possible. We loaded as planned and, as many of our customers do, she tipped our movers and praised them on what a great job they had done! It is regrettable, however, that due to some unforeseen mechanical problems with the original truck scheduled and an emergency with our drivers family member, her shipment to storage will be delayed 2 days beyond the time-frame provide to her PRIOR to loading her goods both verbally and in writing on her contract. We have been in constant contact with our customer keeping her abreast of the situation and doing our very best to get her items delivered as soon as possible. Given this delay, we had offered several possible solutions such as even storing her goods in our warehouse FREE of charge and delivering them to her when she had found a new apartment. This would save her any additional storage and redelivery costs later. This option, unfortunately, would not work for her so we offered her a $300 discount on her move that she refused as not enough. It was then that we were threatened both by her Mother and herself that if we did not provide her with the “substantial discount” she and her family felt warranted, that we would regret it and that she would have her family of lawyers file against us, contact the BBB on us and she would be sure to do all she could to maliciously bad mouth us on-line as she has done. She assured me, however, that she “had not done this yet” and that she wouldn’t do this if we just gave her the discount she was requesting.

In closing, the above false, unsubstantiated accusations have absolutely nothing to do with the issue at hand and were reported only to harm us and strong arm us into what she was demanding. I find this very disturbing and unethical to say the least. It certainly is regrettable that this individual is unhappy and by no means do we take this lightly. We absolutely understand the importance of providing our customers, as we have proven in the past, with a quality relocation service they are happy with. Whenever an issue may arise, we are committed to make every effort in our power to resolve the situation as we feel we have done in this case. It truly is unfortunate that this individual went to such lengths rather than simply try to work this out to a happy medium for all those involved.
