I find it hard to believe you ever actually listened to Andrews teaching, because He answers your questions so many times and so clearly.
All of his teaching is scriptural and by never dangerous, at the least it is liberating.

and if you ever actually listened to ANDREWS TEACHINGS you would see where EVEN Jesus was hindered, and could not heal people and along with other places His disciples were hindered and asked Jesus why.
People do things that hinder THEM from RECEIVING Gods promises. It is clear througout all the Bible. Satan also hinders and deceives people and thus hinders them from receiving.
"People are destroyed for a LACK OF KNOWLEDGE" Hosea 4:7

The scriptures clearly show what stops most people from receiving. The disciples and peoples " UNBELIEF!" It isn't lack of faith! It is a lack of using the faith they have been given and removing the unbelief which hinders their faith!
Hebrews 11:6 states "Without FAITH you cannot please God"
Faith pleases God. Faith is the victory that overcomes the world.
and "WE are told to fight the good FIGHT of Faith"
"FAITH comes by hearing and hearing by the WORD OF GOD" Romans 10:17
LOOK HOW UNBELIEF HINDERED FAITH FROM MANIFESTING WHAT GOD HAS ALREADY SUPPLIED FOR ALL IN HIS GRACE.
"FAITH" IS OUR POSITIVE RESPONSE AND OUR PART THAT WE DO, AND APPROPRIATES WHAT GOD HAS ALREADY DONE AND MADE AVAILABLE IN "GRACE".

8A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. "

HAVING "UNBELIEF" MAKES ONE DOUBLE MINDED AND THAT PERSON CANNOT RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM GOD.

James makes it clearer
First in Chapter 1 : 13 - 17 James states God is all GOOD and all good comes from God. God does not cause evil, or allows evil or tempts anyone with evil because He cannot and we are told not to let anyone say God tempts anyone with evil or causes evil.

Then we are told we are to RESIST satan and all evil and it will flee.

James 4:7 says we are to "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
8Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. "

We have authority over satan and we are told to use it, just as the early disciples were given authority and told to use it to heal the sick.

Jesus told every believer in Mark 16 to use their authority and heal the sick, preach the GOOD NEWS and to EXPECT signs and wonders to follw after the word we preach. Those who fail to do this and fail to expect will not be disappointed because nothing will happen.
IT takes faith and REMOVING the hindrances to faith.
IT is God will that everyone be saved adn healed BUT not everyone will because of UNBELIEF and doubt.
ONE OF THE WAYS UNBELIEF COMES IS THE STUPID NON BIBLICAL RELIGIOUS PHILOSOPHY TEACHINGS LIKE CALVINISM.

God reigns in complete control of this universe and nothing happens apart from his will. The same Bible which asserts mans responsibility also clearly asserts his absoloute sovereignty over all things and yes our peanut brain cannot see how that is so but God does not ask us to reconcile these truths he just asks us to beleive them and preach them.
