Taqueria La Cumbre (16th and Valencia) 2

La Cumbre used to be one of my favorites, but I had such a crap experience yesterday I'm just never going back. There used to be care and pride taken in the food served; last night it seemed they couldn't have cared less about what happened to what they were preparing or if I got what I asked and paid for. $7 thrown away - it was inedible. Tough, gristley beef; I'd ordered carnitas. Because of carelessness they've lost a good 30-year customer.
