Gotta love the hot cajun spices. A nice bowl of jambalaya hits the spot virtually anytime (but is best in the cold weather). Last week, I bought some great big shrimp and made this shrimp creole recipe that's just amazing. Lasted me all week. You have to also appreciate the shortcut meals you can make in this genre -- Zantrini has great jambalaya that's as easy to make as RiceARoni but much tastier. Just stir in some spicy smoked sausage or shrimpies, and you'll be mighty happy.
