For anyone with more than a passing interest in international films,this is one i'd certainly recommend.I was using it quite a lot before finding Rateitall,was worried i was getting addicted once i started using the message board(only to then start getting similarly hooked on RIA!).Users can give scores for non-American films,as here.There's a top 100 according to average score(25 votes minimum).Message board has best/worst lists,discussion on various topics,questions for help identifying some part-remembered film,recommendations for other film sites etc etc.Well worth trying.The Internet Movie Database is the best,fullest site overall for the general film-goer.
