Extra strength exedrin is the best OTC med I've found for headaches. I take it before going into a stressful situation that may give me a headache. It is best if taken before the hedache becomes major. Not as effective as ibupofin for backaches, joint, and muscle aches. caffeine seems to have a synergistic effect with aspirin.
