The right to transfer property, wills, and adoption is not asking for 'special favor'. . .it's asking for the same rights as a citizen that I have along with mah luvly bride. There is no legal justification for holding these rights from gays- it's a loser in court hence the flat-earth states pushing laws that will eventually be overturned by a higher court because (surprise, kids!) denying legal rights to some citizens is a loser once the case gets to the Supreme Court. If you don't support rights for others you don't deserve them for yourselves. Eight years of jesusland-Dubya has only moved public opinion to the legal and correct side of this issue- you're for civil rights for all or you're not. . .if not, enjoy considering and expending considerable effort and calories explaining to the rest of us how we just don't get it. . .
