State Farm 1

My mother got into an accident. It was her fault. Mistakes do happen. However, this is what insurance is for. Instead of paying the other party for the damages, they dropped my mother's policy. Now my mother is being sued and might possibly get in trouble for not having insurance!

Quick tip!!! If mommy had insurance the day of the accident, there is nothing SF could have done to make that disappear. Proof of insurance? Ohhhh yeah, if fault is 50/50 no one can sue you legally............... it's just scare tactics!!

The lawsuit was dropped....eventually. But it was a year in court and tons of lawyer fees before anything happened. Even the threat of a lawsuit is expensive.
