Indian food is certainly an all-time favorite of mine. A few items I ordinarily crave are: galic or onion naan (flat bread), hot roti (a different form of Indian flat bread), safron rice, chicken tandori, vegitable pakora, various curies, and for dessert, kheer (a sweetened creamy rice concoction). One last suggestion, if anything's too spicy, simply add a bit of tamerand sauce to it, always available by request.
