"Sanford & Son" (1972-1977) is a comedy starring Redd Foxx and Demond Wilson. The show is about a junk dealer and his adult son who live and work together.

Loathsome, badly written trash. Redd Foxx, who I once saw live doing stand-up, was wasted in this. I had occasion to see Steptoe and Son the British comedy this is based on a few times. It was far funnier and far more adventurous in its humour.
