Andre was easily the most talented player of all-time. His game is magic itself..i mean the lighting quick reactions,hand-eye co-ordination, brutally accurate returns of serve and piercing groundstrokes. He really should have been one of the all-time greats..too bad about the lost years!
He is been succesfully trying to make amends for the last few years, but my take is he has left it a tad too late. It is also a pity that "pistol Pete" had the measure of Andre from the get go. He also lost some slam finals early in his career that he really should have won..against Gomez and Courier(French) After all is said and done the Las Vegas showman would have not done justice to his extraordinary tennis gifts! However a great on-court personality, great advert for the game and a damn good player!
