Cheap and negligent! Sent us out from Cleveland to Detroit on 4 bald tires. 2 went flat in Detroit on the way, 20 people were left stranded on the highway with no spare. Very scary! Someone came out and fixed the flat tires only. On the way home the other 2 bald tires blew just outside of Toledo. Again, 2 hours before someone came to change the tires. We felt bad for the elderly driver who had to urinate in public around strangers along with the rest of us. We had an 87-year-old grandmother on board as well. This is not a jokethis was a NIGHTMARE. We brought home one of the tires and proof along with lots of pictures. We started doing crazy things along the highway just to stay sane. One passenger experienced a bus accident once on the side of the road and freaked out. He started walking along the highway and hitched a ride home; he wouldnt get back on the bus.
We just got home last night and this is all too fresh in my mind. DO NOT use this company; they are negligent. The liability involved here is incomprehensible. Thank God no one was killed.
