The Doctors there are very professional and great to work with. Even the nurses that due your stats for the doctors are great and very pleasant to see. The waits aren't usually that bad and the office is as comfortable as a medical office can be.
The bigggggggggggggesssssstttttttttt down side to this office is the rest of the staff from the receptionist to any others that don't medically help you. My last visit went pretty good even though the staff at the window weren't the most helpful and expect you to know what you to know what they need to complete your visit.
The problems started after my visit. I was first sent for some additional testing which didn't work out well becuase I was given the form to put me in right away at a seperate office but the form wasn't signed and it took 2 hours for it to be sent back so i could finally get in. Which by that time I had several the waiting room empty not once but twice while I was introduced to new faces during my 4 yes 4 hour visit to something that shouldn't have taken more than 1 hour was a direct result of the staff.
A few days later I go pick up a referal for some more post visit things. First I call to make sure it is ready and was rudely informed that it was ready since a few days earlier (I was never informed). So I inform them I would pick it up and if the doctor still wanted to see me for a visit that day and was informed no but she would let the front staff know that it would be canceled. So i show up and I am told to sign in for my appointment so they can help me. I tell them the back story and I needed my referal. Ok, so after I see the front desk girl call 2 times within 20 minutes it arrives from about 25 -30 feet away. I ask where this appointment will be but I had to interuppt since the girl flung the referral to me and proceeded to gossip about new uniforms. While I cut in I got the usual rolling of the eyes I was told "doesn't it say on the form" ? Of course the next human action would be to ask where is that right? The answer I get " Its by the hospital on (some street).....why don't you just call so they can tell you?" Of course she rolled her eyes once more and went back to gossiping without a glitch since I was such a bother.
For that reason if you can find a better place.......by all means skip this Doctors office unless you are related, friends or enjoy bad service by people that are totally dependent on you being sick!!!!!
