They pretty much just teach salvation which is very important but what about those that have been saved? They get very little from the local Baptist church.
They have to teach from a quarterly,not what the local pastor chooses.
I went for years and here is what I saw pretty much every Sunday....Sing a few songs,talk about members sick and pray,pass the plate which will shame those that are broke,maybe give a verse or two while giving a feel good short sermon,alter call,dismiss.
Hard to learn much there.Nice people and sincere,but not much teaching.
