I love these better than down pillows which come in a pack of two; they are on sale now which I didn't know when I decided to recommend them, but all the more reason to try them now. I bought two sets on sale the first time that I bought them and loved them so much I wanted them for our vacation home, too so I bought more at full price. Now that's a sign of how wonderful they are. Not too hard, not too soft...like Goldilocks would say, "Just right."

To say the least, I haven't had any trouble with the school so far. All the professors I had have been knowledgeable in their field. BUT you must be self motivated to do the work, ask question and be proactive towards your studies. I definitely give this school a thumbs up..Yes, they still have some kinks to work out in couple of departments, but they all have been pleasant and nice to work with…

Buyers Beware! Don't be duped by Angie's glowing TV and radio advertisements. Angie's list has become a greedy business solely interested in huge conglomerates. They also don't have a proper due diligence process that ensures the integrity of their site information for advertised businesses. Complaints are not verifed. Angie's List touts itself as the holder of factual and credible information about quality businesses. However, there are people who have placed bogus complaints about my Indy business with Angie's List so that it would negatively impact my business. Angie does not verify whether the complaints are legitimate or not.

Years ago she ran a viable business that fairly benefitted both small and large businesses. Today, she is simply a revenue focused machine biasedly interested in those in best positions to increase her profit line, large corporations and businesses. I gave her one last try in 2009 and spent thousands of dollars for advertising and have not received one single call. This pattern is actually one that started a number of years ago and I have finally decided to cut loose my purse strings from her organization. A good number of friends of mine have followed suit having had the same experience. Don't waste your time or money with Angie. You are simply padding her pocket while receiving empty lip service from lame CSR's who have no intention to do anything but keep taking your money and wasting your time while delivering ZERO return on your investment.

My experience with Carmax in Irvine, CA has been very, very negative, and I'm beginning to realize the place is a sham. As for their "thorough inspection" - bullsh*t. I took my car to an independent mechanic and right away they found several problems. Sure, you have a 30 day warranty, but the bottom line is Carmax lies when they say they're selling you a quality car and boasting that they guarantee them. In my situation, I brought back the car right away so they could fix the alignment and balancing of the weeks and a rear brake light. First of all, the service department didn't return my messages and I had to stay on top of them to abide by their warranty. When I got the car back, I then realized the spare tire in the truck was totally punk/defective. HELLO!! If I had changed a flat tire on the freeway and unknowingly replaced it with that tire, I could have been KILLED!! When I left a message with the service department again (they obviously don't answer the phone), I never heard back. At this point - irate - I left a message with my salesman (who, to this day, has never called me back) and kept calling the service department until I got someone. As they require that you drive to Carmax to prove each and every issue, I brought it back to show them the defective spare. I was told I would hear from them that day or the next. The next day, a manager called me (I don't know if they received my very dissatisfied customer survey or the service employees mentioned I was pissed) apologizing and saying all the right things - it's unacceptable they hadn't called me back, he doesn't know where they went wrong, they pride themselves on customer service (A WHOLE LOAD OF BS). He said they had had to order a tire from the East Coast, that it would take a week and that he would personally be on top of it the next week to let me know asap when it arrived. Well, "one week" would have been 3 DAYS AGO. I still have not heard from the manager, service department . . anyone.

Dealing with Carmax is a huge headache and I find them flaky and totally dishonest. If you're looking for a used car, look elsewhere!! The "convenience" and "customer service" supposedly offered at Carmax isn't there, and you're better off trying to find someone or someplace else you can trust.

I have returned to Essentravel.com, the booking engine is quick and easy and I like it!! hehe anyways I went on business to Boston and chose the Liberty Hotel. I enjoyed the hotel immensely, the beds were clean, the staff was helpful. The only thing that concerned me was the traffic noise outside. Not a big deal but I had a bit of difficulty sleeping.

Other than that a good stay, I was very satisfied.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at ABCO. The staff is helpful and my classes have been challenging and rewarding. I can't wait to graduate with my MCSA and apply it toward moving upward in my career.

Oh, where do I start?! How hard is it to cancel a reservation?!
Listen to this....
I bid for a hotel stay on Priceline about 2 days ago. The Hyatt Long Beach accepted the bid. Then, I found out that Hyatt has a no pet policy, which is a no no for me, since I have to travel with a pet. So, I immediately called Priceline the next day. Why is it that Priceline doesn't have that option for the customers to choose if they want a pet-friendly hotel anyway?
Anyway, of course, when I called, all I got is your standard response, sorry, we have a non-cancellable and non-refundable policy. I explained my situation again, their rep said that I can try to call Hyatt directly and see if they'll cancel the reservation. So, before hanging up, I asked the rep again, so, if I canceled the reservation, are they still going to charge me? He said, exact quote, "We'll do what they'll do."
I called Hyatt, of course. After explaining everything to the lady at the reservation desk, she seemed annoyed that Priceline always sends customers their way to negotiate a cancellation. And when and if they do cancel a reservation, she said that Priceline yells at them. She also mentioned that she can't refund me since no charges were made. Then, I told her all I need is to cancel the reservation because they have a no-pet policy.
So, she gave me a cancellation number.
Now that I got the cancellation number, I called Priceline. They took down my info and said that they'll send my case to Customer Relation for further research and get back to me via email in 2 days.
Well, I did get an email, basically saying, Josh Thomas, from Account Dept of Hyatt Long Beach said that they never agreed to cancel my reservation. So, basically, I have to eat up that $147!! WHAT?! The cancellation number is no longer valid?
I responded, reiterating why I had to cancel... all I got was them telling me the same thing FOUR TIMES in each and every one of their replied email, they're bounded by contracts with the hotel that offers a cheap rate and all about their non-cancelable and non-refundable policy.
I'm so upset and asked them not to email me anymore, if they don't have a resolution for me. I will talk to that Josh Thomas from Hyatt myself, since Priceline is no help, but adding more grief!
All that talk about how customers' needs are their priority and are important to them, but yet they have nothing to show for it. What hypocrites!

I have been following the cooking blog on SFGate.com for a little while. I have found the website helpful with the simple how to instructions and the very vivid photos of the dishes. This is for home cooks more than a 'wanna be" chef site. Good variety of recipes and right now I don't see any advertising.
