I received the Cupcake Plunger for Christmas, after I requested it.

I bought the rainbow cake mix at Wa- Mart, then I bought Rainbow Chip icing, because it is the best icing on the whole planet. No! The best icing anywhere, ever.

So, I baked the cupcakes, let them cool and I extracted a section of the middle of each cupcake. Then, I added a little icing to the middle, and added the cake back to the middle. Last, I put icing on the top, of course.

This is a nice touch because not only do you have icing on the top, but you have a little icing throughout.

I love my plunger and I highly recommend it. Mine was purchased at Bed, Bath and Beyond.

If you want your great home made pizza to taste like a frozen crappy pizza use Fleischmann's Pizza Crust Yeast instead of the normal Fleischmann's Yeast . I had a coupon so I thought I'd try it. The recipe seemed right so I decided to do it the way suggested instead of my normal I don't measure way that always comes out right using bread flour but I did use all purpose flour since Fleischmann's recipe suggested it.
It really was easy and I liked the quick way the dough came out and was extra easy to work. But the taste KILLED it, I had NO IDEA that the yeast would change it so much but it did in texture and taste.

Don't use it! just Don't

The cupcakes were really light and fluffy. It was moist and didn't feel to heavy for the stomach. I used a vanilla frosting instead of the traditional cream cheese frosting. The cupcakes looked really cute when I made them for a friend's birthday. Enjoyed them very much.
