I got all my Wild Thymes out of my system back in the 70s.

Being the condiment lover that I am, I have tried so many over the years. A couple of years ago, a friend who knew how much I love sauces marinades etc., sent me a box of things from Wild Thymes (www.wildthymes.com)and every single thing he sent was fantastic. The products are healthy with low sodium, no trans or saturated fats and most of them were gluten free, but the best part of all is that they are AMAZING. I buy them all the time now at a couple of stores near me, but when the stores are out of something I can't live without, I just go to their website and order away (they have lots of promotional offers and free freight on orders over $100)! The product gets to me really quickly and they are really nice to deal with (it is great family story which I read on their website). The other great thing is that they have lots of recipes on the website too! But if I had to choose my top 5 favorites it would be: Thai Chili Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce, Mama's Original BBQ, Korean Ginger Scallion Marinade, Mango Papaya Chutney and any one of their cranberry sauces (they all are fantastic)!

I am hungry just thinking about it! Now what to cook for dinner???

I'm with Frankswildyears on this one. I don't want butter near my steak unless I'm stuck pan frying it and out of oil.

A little goes a LONG way. If the steak is not top notch,it can be an improvement- but if the steak is the kind of steak I dream of,I'll pass.

I'm not a fan of mushrooms on my steak. I'd rather have a few in my omelette.

Next to, not on the steak. Having the potatoes on the steak it would remind me of a steak à la mode.

My sister used to make steak terriyaki and it was pretty good. If we were still speaking I'd ask her for the recipe but I've found some others that I'm planning to try.

Not something I do often, but the Texaz Grill in Phoenix does a pretty evil one...

My arteries are clogging just from looking at that thing.

A good marinade can bring out the flavor nicely. One easy one is "Annies Naturals" Shitake Vinaigarette salad dressing.
