Review Icon DATAK1LL reviewed Habanero in Peppers:
simply the best stuff in my opinion.
1 does wonders for a rice or pasta dish
2 does a sick steak / beef or chicken dinner.

experiment with this deadly beast if you like hot flavor because it's the one. like neo.

also habanero wings are amazing / end rant.

Review Icon DATAK1LL reviewed Chipotle in Peppers:
an extremely under-rated flavoring to mexican and american, as well as spin off- ethnic cooking. provides sufficient heat and smokiness without being overpowering.

I put garlic in most things that I cook (Important note: I don't make desserts). I don't own a garlic press (and would be too lazy to clean one if I did), so I tend to use the diced garlic that you can buy in little jars, although I will occasionally buy the real stuff and just chop it up finely. I'm also not real picky, and will use garlic powder in a pinch.

Since it doesn't really specify, I'm going to assume this means black pepper, although most other varieties of pepper would get the same rating from me anyway.

I use a lot of black pepper. I put it on most varieties of meat, and most vegetables as well (but not on corn). For other salt addicts like me who want to eat less salt, I recommend cutting back on the salt and adding more black pepper to compensate.

Caraway seeds help give rye bread its wonderfully distinctive flavor, and are also the reason why Mrs. Twan doesn't like rye bread.

As a French cook I put garlic in just about everything.... it makes most vegetables delicious (even brussel sprouts - trust me). Don't even get me started on garlic bread! Stick whole cloves in meat, roast a whole head of garlic and use it as a spread... the possibilities are endless!

Taste good when you eat it, but not when you burp it. Just brush your teeth afterwards and you'll be fine! Otherwise garlic is great.

Review Icon Barbarag reviewed Chipotle in Peppers:
Great for hot fries. Cut some potatoes steak fry size, turn in Canola oil, spread on pan, preheat oven to 500, sprinkle with dried Chipotle pepper, turn once, enjoy with some cool sweet Heinz ketchup.
