God! I was a little short on money the other day, bought a 100mL bottle of this stuff to get me into friday. Just plain horrible tasting vodka, smells of straight rubbing alcohol. Next day went speeding to the state store and bought some Tito's.

This is the drink that got me off my Bourbon trip I've been on for so many years. I was obsessed with Whiskey, bourbon, and scotch until one day I got interested in vodka for one reason or another. Have bought a bottle or two of each top shelvers, and seen "Tito's Handmade" on the top shelf down the line a bit about 3 months ago. Since then I have made efforts to purchase another product besides Tito's, but why the hell would I? Greatest quality, tasting, and feeling great in the morning. Was drinking it straight for a while until I discovered mixers, remember I was a huge whiskey guy for a while there. 10/10

Most of the reviews here are obviously from non-bourbon drinkers. OGD is the best bang-for-the-buck whiskey available. "It burns me!, I had a horrible hang-over!" What incredible wussies! All liquours will burn when drunk straight and all will give a bad hangover when drunk in excess. When you acquire a taste for whiskey, you'll start to discern subtle and not-so subtle differences between brands like flavor, both quality and quantity, aroma and aftertaste. Some whiskeys are smoother and some are more flavorful but OGD(whatever proof you're talking about) has the best mix of good qualities for the price. Some of my favorite high-end bourbons are Woodford Reserve, Maker's Mark and Gentleman Jack. Unless I taste them side-by-side, I'm just as content with OGD. All you girly-men stick to your Appletinis and wine spritzers!

Well, for the price this is one of the best. Just as it's name, smooth and excellent flavor. A perfect substitute in a Martini, if you don't appreciate gin. Also good with juices or straight.

Taste absolutely horrible!!!!! But is 100 proof vs msst other brands in the same price range that are only 80 proof. So if ur strapped for cash, just doing shoots, and have plenty to chase with then go for it

I love this Vodka, I drink my 'toonies up with no vermouth, just jumbo olives. maybe a splash of olive juice. shaken, not stirred. iceberg is great, smooth finish. Finlandia or Stoli and my other favorites.

New Amsterdam sits close to Hendrick's with a nice smooth mouth. The flavor has citrus on top of the juniper. It may be my bias against straight gins, but I would take this over bombay or beefeater any day. The best is its price tag, usually 17-20.

Overall, not on par with Hendrick's, but in the same weight class as the heavy hitters. Good spirit.
