Review Icon Spike65 reviewed Bud Light Golden Wheat in Beer:
Think of it as a light wheat beer and don't expect a craft beer level of pleasure. I could taste the standard Bud Light under the fuller body and pleasant flavors. So if the standard version turns you off, don't bother. I would rather drink this than B.L. anytime. At an alcohol level of about 4% it is definately a "session" beer. It will be interesting to see how this new Bud product is recieved by the regular B.L. drinkers. I am not going to drink a lot of this beer as there are thousands of interesting beers in the world market. But for those occasions when a light beer is needed I would certainly consider this beer on the short list of tolerable American light beers.

Fantastic Taste. Great for a dinner or game beer with food that is great for a Bloody Mary. The type of Beer I like to enjoy slowly. It can last all game and still taste good. Many rate this beer poor, but I say reach for the sky, because I'm kill'n it if its in the ice bucket. This is the type of beer you can drink all party long, and still have a great time with out the hang-over the next morning. No bad after taste like some beers. If it was not for Wal-Mart, I wouldn't have stumbled across this.

A pretty decent amber ale that for some reason is about three times as good on tap as it is out of a bottle. Draft is almost always better than bottled when it comes to craft beer, but usually the difference isn't as marked as it is here. Frankly, the bottled stuff isn't worth opening, but I'd be willing to stick my Harp mouth under the tap anytime.

You know... I'm drinking it right now, and I have to say that it isn't great... BUT it is very good, if you understand my meaning. It definitely has a very domestic taste at first, however after you take the first sip, you get a sweetness and a good solid lager taste. It is almost like what Bud or Bud Light SHOULD taste like. It isn't anywhere near my favorite, but it definitely is the best "lets get drunk and party" beer. Also, it has a decently high alcohol content (4.7%) for a beer that is very drinkable (as Bud Light would say). I would give it a solid 3.5 stars if it would let me. Wouldn't buy it all the time, but it is definitely worth the price every once in a while when you want a party beer thats better than crappy American stuff.

I honestly love smirnoff ice especially the flavors during the summer time! The new mango and passion fruits are my favorite. Many who don't like to sweet try mango it is perfect! I am not a beer drinker so this is my alternative

Back when I drank alcohol this was the best beer for all occasions. The local pizza parlor had it on tap! Whoo Hoo! Nothing beats a cheese jalapeno pizza and a pitcher of cold Alaskan Amber! Heaven......
