I'm not a big fan of Lagunitas products in the first place, and this is just awful. It's grossly sweet, heavy and unpleasant.

This beer made me question, albeit briefly, my deep love for beer.

Headache in a bottle. Lagunitas is known for going heavy on the hops, so I shouldn't have been surprised by the hop wallop of this one. And I wasn't really - I was more surprised at how unpleasant the beer is. It's sweet, syrupy, heavy, and hard work to drink.

I want my money back, Trader Joes.

Review Icon tappakeg reviewed Heineken in Beer:
This is not the Heineken that I experienced back in the 70's and 80's. I have tried it at restaurants simply because the only offerings were mass-produced American lagers, and found it to be underwhelming. I was recently given a 12 pack of bottles. My brother and I agree; this beer has a strange berry-like nose and aftertaste, completely lacking in hops bite.

Two types, Lager and Pilsner. Comes only in cans. My advise is, make sure this stuff is very cold when you drink it.

Generally I abhor the idea of adding any kind of a mix to beer. A good beer stands up on its own a bad beer should be left on the shelf at the liquor store. But by adding anything to Budweiser you can only improve it - Clamato juice, 7-Up, gravy, motor oil - really you can't go wrong with ANY additive.

Putrid slime. Against my better judgement, I bought one based on a review on here, and not only couldn't finish it, nearly tossed up the little I did manage to choke down. I blame myself, not the other reviewer. I should have known that anything combining the hellish tastes of Budweiser and Clamato was going to be revolting.
