I once had a job that had a vehicle with a police radio. We had a card with all the ten signals written on it. Some wag had hand-written the 10-100 signal. The 10-100 code is informal but when you heard it, you knew what it meant! I used to drive a lot in rural America and often had to take a 10-100 because of the lack of facilities.

This is a 10-code that is obviously unknown by CB users. They are the vilest operators of public radio known to mankind. If you want to listen to something worse than Howard Stern buy a CB radio and listen for a few minutes, it will turn your stomach.
