This vegan cheese is by far the best one I've tried (and I've tried 3 so far). It melts perfectly on pizza and I love the taste even right out of the package! It's a bit high in fat though and I'm wondering if they'll ever come out with a "light" version for us ex-cheese lovers.

For those of you saying it doesn't melt, you must be doing something wrong! It is used very often in pizzerias in my town and the last vegan pizza I ate out was so good, I could have sworn they slipped me some mozzarella!

It is the most widelt avalable soy cheese, but it doesn't melt well and has a gritty flavour. I have tried making vegan grilled cheese, quesadillas, and other foods, but it is only acceptable on a pizza, to be honest.

I've had the pure 100% pomegranate juice. It is very expensive and I could never acquire a taste for it. It's very strong and bitter tasting but has tremendous health benefits for fighting off diseases of all kinds. I do love the blends, however. They are in the bottled juice section of the grocery store and contain blueberry, cherry, cranberry as well as pomegranate.

My doctor recommended that I take Fish Oil for the Omega 3. The enteric coated pills are the only way to go. Recently, I received a recommendation to take Krill Oil instead of regular Fish Oil The Krill Oil is supposed to provide Omega 6 as well as Omega 3 and is supposed to be more bioavailable than Fish Oil. In addition, Krill is supposed to be the most abundant and rapidly renewable sources of marine antioxidants.

I think it very much depends on which cereal bar you buy. Some may be healthy, but then most are just crap held together with sugar. Not heart-friendly at all...

Whole grain bread is good. I try not to eat any white bread because it turns to sugar. Also if buying in the store I check any bread to make sure it has no high fructose corn syrup which is very hard on your organs.

Spinach is good in a salad. It tastes really good cooked but most of the vitamins get lost in the water. Spinach has a lot of vitamin A, vitamin C and magnesium.

I like to eat unsalted almonds. They have a lot of protein and are alkalizing.

I eat it almost every day with raisins, bananas, blueberries and strawberries. With some cinnamon and agave nectar as toppings. I never get sick of it. I have to watch it though if I eat too much I'm tired all morning.

I don't eat oatmeal all the time, but I will eat it a couple of times a month, maybe more, because I do believe it is very good for the heart.
