Pretty cool drink app. Graphics set it apart with a cool twist using a kind of simulated street.

Update (12/2/2009): The app is not crashing today, search friends is working, but it says, that my friend who lives in Sunnyvale, CA is in Michigan... :( I have sent the invitation, let's see what happens. No response, the app said my friend hasn't responded, but he didn't get the invitation.

I wonder if your friend has to have the app open to get the invitation to share the video.

No, it doesn't work when you are either on the app or not. I will be back with updates!

This is a very cool idea for an app, and I will use it with my friends when they are far away to see what they are doing.

I have it installed now on my iPhone, and I was able to register and send email invitation to some of my friends (via email). I need to have friends using it to test it. Well, none of the 3 friends I have sent the email to have received it, and I haven't received a sign up confirmation email either.

On of my friends has installed it now after I have contacted him through IM, i think he has been able to register too, but the app is crashing every time I try to open it ...BUMMER!

This is a cool app that can stream live video from one iPhone to another in real time. Unlike most other phone-based video streaming solutions, this one is focused on sharing real-time video with one other iphone. So it's not really a broadcasting solution, but rather one for sharing moments with friends and family in real time.

Supposedly Steve Jobs intervened to get this app approved for the App Store, since it uses a private API call to pull the images off the screen in real time and compress them into a video stream.

Flook is another one of a growing number of location based services like Foursquare, Loopt, Gowalla, etc.

With Flook, you make "cards" out of the places you go - snapping a photo with a caption. Cards can be places, sites, bars, etc, and you can then browse other cards that others upload. It's a user generated database of photos with location associated with each.

The UI is pretty neat, though I had issues with some basic tasks like searching for people I know on the network, and getting the iphone app to remember that I was logged in. I tried creating a card for Coit Tower using a photo on my camera. It worked fine, but then the app assumed the card I created was in the same place that my phone was located at the time of creation. So Coit Tower has moved from North Beach to the Mission.

Simply does not work! If at all, you'll have a good laugh.
