I give them a BIG FAT ZERO. They ruined my comforter and did not even offer to reduce the price of the bill. I was naive enough to go back with work clothes and they "melted" the buttons on one of my expensive blouses. And once again did not offer to reduce the charge. I have been in that store three times before I got my dry cleaning order, and I still don't have the ruined blouse. The owner was very defensive which is not a good business policy. I will tell all my friends and family to go elsewhere for dry cleaning!
(The only good thing I have to say is that the clerk was very nice because I was very mad).

I have given up on them. Employees close cleaners toi run to the bank, etc. and often leave no note when they are returning.

Recently, they went to 2 day service on Mondays -- I asked why and was told so they could go buy school supplies.

Seems like a hobby rather than a business.

He has done a GREAT job with all of my clothes! If he is not busy working on LSU uniforms in Aug. he can usually have your dress or jeans ready the next day.

Do not order dresses from this store. They don't arrive on time and the owner won't compromise with your situation (if it's not to her advantage.) For instance I ordered my bridesmaids' dresses from here and the store told gave me the date of April 17. the dresses did not come in. The next date they gave me was May 8...then May 12...then May 13...we finally got the dresses on May 15. My wedding is on May 23!! When I asked the owner if we could get a discount on the dresses because of the very late arrival she said,"well i still have to pay full price." Since it was eight days before my wedding I didn't have time to pick up the dresses myself so she offer to bring them to us. I asked, "but what if they don't fit, what about alterations?" she said,"oh, I don't do alterations." So my mom had to pick them up and all of the dresses are too big!!!!!!!! We had to find someone to do alterations and the dress won't be ready until May 22. My wedding is on May 23!!!! Stay away from this store. They will screw you over. Don't let them fool you with their kindness!!

I took in my daughter's formal gown to be cleaned and when I went to pick it up they charged me $100 saying it was a wedding gown. I made it clear to them when I dropped it off that it was a formal gown that she was wearing for graduation (at her school the girls wear white formals to graduate in.) I asked to speak to the owner and I was given the brush off. They did not tell me up front there would be additional charges for the dress. For $100 I expect more than cleaning and pressing. There weren't even stains on the dress. She wore it for 3 hours and never got any food or beverage on it, just a little dust around the hem from the dance floor. I feel this charge is ridiculous and I am pursuing LEGAL ACTION against them. Also, their attitudes are TERRIBLE!!

BAD BAD expirence!! I chose this keans because of how close it is to my house, BIG MISTAKE. I brought in several pieces all to be dry cleaned. One of the items i brought in was the pants to a khaki linen suit that clearly has a tag that says dry clean only. I also specifically said all these items are to be dry cleaned. I go to pick them up and get home to find out the pants have been wet washed and are completely ruined now. All the buttons on the pants just crumbled to pieces and the pants no longer are the same color as the jacket that goes with the suit. I just cant understand how that could happen. Needless to say I will begin my fight with this place for my damages

I was VERY impressed. I honestly have never seen professional photography anywhere else that comes close to comparing with their quality. A little pricey, perhaps, but worth every penny!

I have had several problems with this cleaner in the past couple of months. Yesterday was the last straw, when someone tells you that the service you are paying for will be completed and ready to pick up after a certain time then it should be done. If it is not then you should call and find out if this will be ok with the customer. Keans closes at 6:30 and my clothes should have been ready for 5:00pm (they were not) I was there until 7:00pm waiting, and still did not get everything. They told me that I could wait until everything was done but they did not know how long that would take. So I demanded that I get at least one pair of pants and a shirt back so that my husband would have something to wear to work today. I was then told that they would see what they could do about it. I was not happy with the response and told her that I must have one outfit before I leave the premises. She did eventually return with 1 shirt and 3 pairs of pants, but now I have to make another trip there today so that I can pick up the clothes that were not finished.
