I have no clue who mstockwell is that reported Mr. Jim a bad attorney and would not recommend him. To be honest with you, it would not shock me if it was my ex who hates Jim for a job well done just not in his favor!! My name is Milissa Stockwell and I am a client of Mr. Clary's. I would just like to state for the record that Mr. Clary was and is an awesome Attorney. As for as his price you pay for what you get. Which is awesome service!! I wish I could afford to have him on anything that would involve an Attorney. Mr. Jim Clary and his staff treated me with the up most respect. Returned my phone calls and had my best interest at hand!!!! Not to mention has no problem standing up for you LOL, as he did to my ex like I couldn't!!

Thanks Clary Law Firm!!!

The worst law firm of Baton Rouge. If you want an attorney who will miss court dates, fail to appear in court, double bill you, then retain James Clary/

Harry Shoemaker is an excellent attorney.  I was lucky to work with him several years ago on a case and he was very patient with me, not pushing me to settle.  The insurance company first offered me only $6,000, but Harry allowed me to request a jury trial.  I stood my ground, the offers went up.  It took lots of time, but I was in no hurry.  We finally went to mediation, and I got $50,000.  He will always represent me.  APK

I am great! What in the world is this for? FYI, I'm not in Baton Rouge any more, I don't practice law any more. I am a personal chef in Houston, TX and you can read more about it at http://www.mychefmegan.com

Do not use this attorney. He was recently charged with a host of criminal charges and is a terrible attorney and a bragger. His ego is the size of texas and does not have anything to show for it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY. RUN. LISTED BELOW IS PUBLIC RECORD OF THE ATTORNEY. State of LA v. Robert David Hairford, No. 104569; Judge Marilyn Castle found defendant, Robert David Hairford, guilty of making harassing telephone communications by use of threats to the life and well-being of the victim (his ex-wife); the use of obscene, profane, vulgar, and indecent language to threaten his victim, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, and harass her, under Louisiana R.S. 14:285. He was sentenced to one year supervised probation; $150 fine; $141 court costs; anger management classes; 25 hours of community service to be served by assisting Domestic Violence programs; and, a Stay-Away order was issued to him, ordering him to stay away from the victim or face incarceration. Hairford objected to the stiff penalty, stating this was his “first offense, with no previous record.” However, the victim produced documentation proving Hairford had indeed been arrested and jailed in Florida for violation of a restraining order, criminal mischief, and violation of an injunction, to which he plead no contest and was sentenced to supervised probation and ordered to pay restitution and court costs. Judge Castle acknowledged Hairford’s prior record as an indication of propensity toward domestic violence
