How can you sit there and talk badly about a business, when you can't even spell the word itself. I completely disagree with these horrible comments, my experience with C.R Refrigeration and it's employees was great. The employees are very knowledgeable and accommodating. They installed my refrigerated conversion quickly and it hasn't had any problems since. I highly recommend using their services... you will not be let down. From the moment I called for an estimate, until the job was complete they were thorough, and I would absolutely say this company did a wonderful job!! 5054005777

These guys are not very professional in my opinion. I would recomend going with a different contractor or at the very least get EVERYTHING in writing. Check with the Better Business Bureau to confirm that they have a history of making verbal contracts and not abiding by them.

My wife and I bought a home from Prefered Building Systems last year and didnt have any problems. Its a very nice house, and they built it very well. We had a couple of problems after we moved in but they came out pretty quickly and fixed them. Dwaine the warranty guy was very nice and helpful and even fixed a crack in our tile grout that we hadnt asked about. We live in Santa Fe and our neighbors had a house built on their lot by a Santa Fe builder that they paid a lot more for and its not as nice as ours. My brother got a house from Prefered about 7 years ago and thats why we went to them and he likes his house a lot too.

If attention to detail is important to you in a custom home, look elsewhere. Our Carlisle 'Hacienda' has few right angles, sloppy detailing, and many elements of very poor design despite following current trends for luxury living. Requesting repairs under the new home warranty reveals first-hand the carelessness with which the entire building must have been constructed: new problems are created for every one solved; cosmetic rather than substantial repairs are made whenever possible, and worksites are left filthy. Buyers can do much better in this market.

$145 an hour. I was told $145 for visit plus cost of parts. They charged me for drive time and labor to install the wrong part plus cost of the wrong part. Only partially fixed my heater. Would never call again. Terrible! Didn't even look at my thermostat for over $700 or check any CO levels in the house
