They are AWESOME!!! I absolutely never thought I would get a car. They were so professional. Extremely friendly and helpful, they made us feel at ease. They told me not to worry they would do everything they possible good to get me approved, and they sure did! I got approved and was driving an excellent car that very same day! I couldn't believe it. I had already been turned down by other car lots, and was sure there was no one who could help. But then I was recommended to Steve or April at the $5000 dollar car store, and I was APPROVED! Tony was so helpful and friendly he was sure we would get a car. Thank you so much all of you! We love our new car and are so grateful. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs a dependable car and doesn't have the best credit. THANK YOU! JOE

What a great experience, when I first walked in the door my mind set was that I will never get a car, I had that day stopped by over 4 other car lots that lied and said that they could help me but in the end it was just a disappointment, I walked in the 5000 dollar car lot and they were so friendly that I could not believe it they treated me very well they never made me feel bad because of my credit in any way their goal was to make me feel welcome and get me in to a car, I love this place…I got in a car accident they were by my side all the way…..I’ll tell you one thing the people here are awesome, I would send anyone their way, you cannot get service like the 5000 car lot gives….no lies no bull crap the develop relationships and very true and honest people!!! THANK YOU 5000 DOLLAR CARLOT!!!!

I have a black GT and it looks great. I had scratches and Precision Mobile was able to get them out. My car looks better than when I bought it. The staff is great thanks again.

This company was founded by two mechanics who felt the auto industry was filled with rip-off artists. Their motto "an honest brake" evokes confidence in the customer. They promised to never recommend services that were not needed.
Then they became successful and sold FRANCHISES. Today, some Franchisees are those same old rip-off artists.
For example, this SAN MATEO BLVD store recommended a new clutch for my car, saying "the clutch needs replacement."
As a former mechanic, I knew they were lying, but I checked out my clutch anyway.
They lied !!! They wanted $900 for something that is still working absolutely fine 5,000 miles later!
BUYER BEWARE! If you go to this shop of ill repute, be sure you SEE what they say is worn out, or make sure you GET A SECOND OPINION.
Their main office in Albuquerque and their corporate office in Arizona refused to comment when I complained about these cheating turkeys.

For example, this GIBSON BLVD store recommended pads and rotors on my car, saying "the pads are 90% worn and the rotors are worn past the point where they can be turned."
As a former mechanic, I knew they were lying, but I installed my own pads. It turned out that the pads were only 50% worn (!) and the rotors were well within the "turning" range.
They lied !!! They wanted $350 for something that would have lasted 3 more years before needing repair. I spent $28 - and even that was not necessary!
BUYER BEWARE! If you go to this shop of ill repute, be sure you SEE what they say is worn out.
Their main office in Albuquerque and their corporate office in Arizona refused to comment when I complained about these cheating turkeys.
