I worked for these people for few weeks years ago. They pull used parts out of old abandoned units and charge you for the parts at the new price. Not an honest business in my opinion. I wouldn't have anything repaired there if they were the last shop in town.

We have been serving the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area since 1948 and are factory authorized by the following manufacturers: Digital Research, Hitachi, JVC, LG, Magnavox, Mitsubishi, NEC, Nexus, Panasonic, Philips, Pioneer, RCA/GE, Samsung, Sanyo, Sharp, Sony, Toshiba, Zenith.

We also honor many extended service plans for Best Buy, Circuit City, Costco, Ultimate Electronics, Sam's Club, Kmart, Walmart, AON/The Warranty Group, National Electronics Warranty, Service Net, Aaron's, GE Service Contracts, Federal Warranty, Philips Extended, and Thomson Extended.

All non-warranty items are charged a diagnosis fee but that is applied towards the cost of repair. Many companies offer "free" estimates, but it doesn't always mean you will have a qualified technician doing a full diagnosis...rather an educated guess on what might be wrong. Until the work is in process and parts are installed, estimates could vary greatly. We are honest and only charge for what is actually needed for the repair. And we stand behind our work!

The 3D software software is available for a broad range of applications to electric fields, magnet design, charged-particle guns and X-ray sources. It is technically advanced but has a relatively low price.

I dropped my DVD player off at this local business in September because it was skipping. In October I called because I had not heard from them, they gave me a quote of $75 to have it fixed. I approved the quote, and they promised to call when the work was done. In November, I dropped by the business to ask about the progress, because again they had not called. They promised the part was on order (I learned later that they ordered the part just after I dropped by) and said that it would be fixed by the following week. In December I called again, they had done nothing, but promised that they would work on it that afternoon. The next week I went in to pick it up, and they apologized because their initial analysis of the problem was wrong and the player was still skipping.

In all, I found this business to be an embarrassment to the community. I was never contacted by them, and my player was never repaired. Instead they held onto it in their office for three months and let it gather dust. I have no idea how they make money as a business, but it certainly cannot be a result of their customer service.

This outfit charged me $74 to tell me that I had switches in the wrong place. No repair was done. The name should be changed from Budget TV VCR Repair to Exorbitant TV VCR Repair.

We were referred to Creative Audio Works from our builder and we just completed our new home. We are very happy with the entire system; especially our dedicated Theater. The staff was very professional and very attentive towards our project. We highly reccommend this company as the finest we have ever dealt with.
