Very disappointed in service. They lost my items 2 months ago, and after I filed a report, they have never initiated a return call. I have called weekly, left messages for owners, managers, also went in person to store. I did receive call a voice message for me to drop off the suit jacket to see if they could find pants to match. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and have not heard back from them. Employees tell me owners have to call me direclty. After my last conversation with employee, they want me to provide receipts for clothing that is 6 months old. Very disappointed that not even a courtesy call from owners/managers to say they are at least trying to locate items. To date, not yet resolved. Did I mention it's been 2 months.
