The customer service at this store is so bad that I am writing to the better business bureau! They made a mistake on the matting for my picture. They were extremely rude and when I asked for a discount, the manager - Jeanie - said "absolutely not!" and actually hung up on me! When my husband came into the store, Jeanie sarcastically told him, "you know this a print and not an original." Of course we knew that. Other problems: sidewalk covered in ice, expensive, inflated prices, very small selection of frames.
