I have had the worst experience in my life dealing with this "reputable" company. After I installed a new thermostat my furnace stopped working. I called the Furnace physician and they told that they can fix it and the charge would be $99 (to come out) which would applied toward the work plus any additional charges which exceed $99. When their technician came to the house it appeared that one wire in the thermostat was not properly connected. So he connected the wire (5 minutes at the most). Then they called me and said that the total would be $189 ($99 + $90) for 5 minutes work. When I called to dispute the outrages charges, Kathleen (the owner) was very rude and did not give me any chance to insert a word to talk to her. She was yelling and screaming at me, so even the most patient person would become crazy.
NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
