My wife and I, visited the location twice within a weeks timeframe. We came in for our second appointment to find out that they had us scheduled for a lesson on the nervous system and the human anatomy. The atmosphere was like a "cult" meeting with the intent to pursuade, and build a trust that was not inviting. Those "tricks of old trades" was not consumer friendly. An atmosphere of dishonesty, and the lack of respect for others. For example, The appointment prior I specifically ask why are we required to show up after closing hours and they implied because that is when they reveiw appointments. Nothing was mentioned about an 1hr and 1/2 public speeking on Human Anatomy, Why they are the best Chiropratics, and other abnormal practices. They volunateered my time and then refuse to provide proper doctor to patient information. Another instance, a questioned was ask pertaining to the X-rays and the doctor responded, " did you not pay attention in my class". We was their for results and yes, education that pertained to our situation. Lets just say, their care plan consisted of 4 appointments a week for the first 4 months or so just as the person before us who was also hesitant in signing the care plan.(insurance pays 1 month) (revenue driven) We did not sign, but my wife and I are dealing through some tough times because of this bad business practice. Dishonest work! - Honesty is very ethical sound, and small businesses prosper when they sell their product and set expectations for their customers.
