I wanted to replace my G.E. Profile microwave. My wife spoke to a gentleman on the phone who was of no help and short. I gave them a second chance thinking that maybe a sales rep. was having a bad day. Upon visiting the establishment, I began speaking to an older gentleman who seemed a bit disinterested in helping me and again was not of much help. I explained what I needed, and I guess, based on how I was dressed he assumed that I was looking for a low end microwave and automatically directed me to a book showing me the low end microwaves stating, "I don't know which one it is and they probably don't make it anymore". I encouraged him to look for the model number and showed him my owners manual. He asked if he could borrow my booklet and left. He returned 5 minutes later and stated he could not find anything that resembled my G.E. Profile microwave on the internet. Mind you that last time I looked, I received multiple hits on this item on the internet at home. He then stated that I needed to replace the trim kit and order a completely different microwave (one that he has in stock I'm sure). I responded that I wanted to use the same trim kit and find the same microwave to fit it and save $300, he abruptly walked away to chase down a gentleman who had just walked in. As I followed him to see what he was doing he kept asking the gentleman who looked to not be bothered, "can I help you sir", "can I help you sir!", then walked all the way around an isle to face him and ask him again, "can I help you sir". I then chimed in and asked him , "did you just leave me abruptly to help someone else sir?". He ignored me the first and second times until I faced him with the "bigger fish" in between us and asked him again. He stumbled over his words and said uhh, "I can help two people!". He wasn't done helping me! I stated that he was very rude for just leaving without helping me and asked for his manager or supervisor. He stated that he was it and also the owner. I was like wow! He began talking again and I walked out. I don't know if he assumed that since I was in a workout outfit that I did not have the means or was not a credible client and chose to find someone who was. As a business owner I treat everyone who enters my business with respect, attention and sincerity while answering all their questions (especially those who seem to have little means). I wanted to put this microwave into my 1.2 million dollar house. I could have potentially been a client for life!

yesterday

I had another company out to fix my front load washer two times, and charged me for both trips and the parts they replaced (which didn't even fix it). I called Shane's appliance repair, and Shane came out and fixed the problem. It didn't even need a new part. He was very knowledgable, and only charged me $65. I will be using Shane for all my future appliance repairs. Excellent service!

I have been a loyal Stanley Steemer customer for over a decade but after today, not any more! Had a 9am-1pm window, they arrived at 10am. The carpet tech Terri came into my home and after we shook hands, he goes into Dr. Jeckyl Mr. Hyde mode and says he's not going to clean my carpets and proceeds to exit my home. I thought it was a joke at first or maybe he was messing around but he wasn't. What's weird about the situation is Terri has always done the same job for the $99.00 without any problems but what they are doing now is using the $99.00 special to lure you into choosing them to clean your carpets and then when it's too late to do anything about it they bump up your bill 50%. Stay away from this scam, if I can help one individual not get screwed, it'll be worth writing this review.

Buyer Beware - Merchant did not reveal that one of the items in the order was on backorder and I did not find out until the rest of the order arrived at my house. Most of the items that did arrive were not drilled out correctly so the hardware did not fit (making assembly impossible). Initially, the merchant was quick to respond, but insisted that new hardward could be shipped out to correct the problem and would not accept a return. Then merchant did not respond to email questions for over 7 days. Had to ship back items at own expense and use credit card company to process a refund for the original order. After shipping back the defective items, the last backordered item arrived - even though I had cancelled the item! I had to deal with the hassle of shipping that item back also.

These professionals did a wonderful job redecorating my bathroom. The new tile on the floor and shower is beautiful. They were very helpful through the entire process and I'm very happy with the results.

We went in looking for a washer and dryer. I had never heard of them before so I gave them a shot. After being to Sears, Lowes and Home Depot I was not sure what to expect! We were greeted right away and even offered some warm cookies! They new a lot more details than the box stores and were able to answer all my questions. Shouse was able to get my new KitchenAid washer and dryer that same week. The delivery guys were friendly and on time. I have had my washer and dryer for over a month now and they work GREAT! Thanks Shouse Appliance. I will recommend Shouse Appliance to all my friends.

Shouse installed a Jenn Air cooktop. We had trouble from the start with the quality and the lack of BTU's. The porcelain was a disaster. Shouse was completely uncooperative and would not replace the unit. If you buy from this terrible merchant it will be your own fault with what will happen. Do not give them your business they will disappoint you.

We had our hard wood floors installed almost a year ago by flooring america and we still have not been taken care of on the complaints we had-large gaps, cracked wood, transition pieces are broken and they won't come out to finish the job. It was a very sloppy job and no body calls you back to take care of the problem. After 5 calls 1 call back. I could have done a better job myself considering I spent $12,000.00 on hard wood and counters. Stay clear of flooring america. Unless you want to throw your money away and get no where on problems that should be addressed in a timely manner.-Linda

Shouse appliances of Colorado Springs is terrible and NO ONE should do business with them. We bought an Electrolux dyer from Shouse appliance 12/08 which was NOT properly installed and burned out less than two weeks later. John Shouse of SHouse Appliances was arrogant and refused to stand behind their product and delivery team. SHouse Appliance of Colorado Springs washed their hands of the matter. Even when Electrolux wanted to send us a NEW dryer they REFUSED to accept the transfer. SHouse Appliance was happy to take our $3000 and run.

I to had to wait a little longer than expected for my product but in the end it was all worth the little wait time. The products they sell are VERY HIGH QUALITY, the prices are the best I have seen, and Carrie was extremly helpful even hand delivered the product to our door for the inconvience of the wait. I never had a problem getting in touch with her what so ever, she provides phone numnbers (cell and office) and even home address. I have now put an order in for some new carpet, will write a review once that is complete as well!
