Orten Hindman are not to be trusted! They are evil, unethical, they lie, and they make their staff lie. They will do anything and everything to try and gouge you on legal fees even manufacturing time. If your HOA has them as an attorney, sell your house. If you ever have to deal with them, document everything, record every conversation, send everthing certified. Get an attorney and don't fight them alone, otherwise they will stall you and sidetrack you by making errors that while you attempt to fix them, they charge late fees and interest. They will take their time responding and continue to stall you so that they can get to the point of initiating forclosure proceedings which instantly tacks on a $4000 fee to your bill wether or not it goes to forclosure or wether or not they even spend a single minute on it. If they make a payment arrangement with you, they will find ways to get you to break it by giving you false information about amounts and due date, sending notices to the wrong addresses. The games they will play with you are truly endless and underhanded. All they want to do is forclose on your home, they have no interest in trying to help you resolve it. They stand to make a lot of money forclosing on homes. I was a temp for them so I know this first hand because I saw what they were doing and I didn't totally undertstand it UNTIL my 2 cousins had to fight them and I finally realized what they were doing and why. Some of the things I was asked to do finally made sense. They almost lost their home after they blatantly lied and stalled them until they could add on the forclosure fees making it impossible for them to pay it off. If it wasn't for their girlfriends loaning them the money, they would have lost the house. I would complain officially but I think I signed some confidentiality agreement and I have to check with an attorney to see if that still applies to unethical and illegal behavior. I would think I have the obligation to report it. Anyway, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM! FAR FAR AWAY!
