My rating for this store is zero, but, like the other reviewer wrote, a rating of one star is the minimum you can specify. My company purchased two printers on special order. The owner of this store promised the printers would work and even offered to setup and install them. He neglected (either out of ignorance or lack of concern, I don't know which) to ask the specific operating system (Windows Vista 64bit) of the computers on which the printers would be used. The printers arrived and could not be installed because there is no driver for Vista 64bit. When confronted with this problem his response was that his policy is not to refund special orders and that we should change the operating system on the computers. I asked him if he had checked whether the printers would work with Vista 64bit and he answered he had not. When I pointed out that he sold my company items that they couldn't possibly use because he neglected to check something as basic as OS compatibility he told me in an angry, belligerent tone, "Shut up or get the hell out my store!!" I suggest that, unless you are a computer expert and know exactly what you need, to avoid this store at all costs. If it were my store and he were my employee, he would being looking for another job. In addition to the signs on his store window claiming to help you with your computer problems and friendly upgrades, he should post another: "Let the buyer beware!"

My star rating is zero (they require you to give at least one star), because the owner lied to me. I asked for a free estimate, he said he did the work before giving me an estimate and tried to charge me 50% more than other repair services. When asked about why I did not first get an estimate he got belligerent, yelled at me, and hung up on me. In the end it turns out he never did the work but was only trying to manipulate me to pay extra.

I dare you to look up Safeco (aka Progressive) in the BBB,anywhere. UNSAT. I'll cut to the chase. Hit by someone with Progressive Insurance? Get a lawyer. All states have a state bar referral service. You can get a 1/2 hour for about $30. All you need to take these clowns to small claims and get your vehicle fixed properly. Then get on your State representatives case about why this company is able to operate. This is a very dishonest company

I went to Computers R Us the other day to repair my laptop. I usually go to the large stores like CompUsa but they closed their store. I would like to tell everyone that my experience at Computers R Us was fabulous. I didn't have to stand in line and they were very helpful. I didn't have to pay anything up front and there prices were cheaper. They had an estimate for my laptop the next day and I had my laptop back in no time. Because of the great service, I will never go to the large stores again.

I took my 2000-Alero to Prontolube (101 Village Center-El Paso)to change the brake pads . Here is the whole story: 1. They called me saying the car is ready. When I came, they could not find the key. It turned out that the technician took the key and went home for lunch. 2. They deliver the car to my house. The brake pedal went all the way to the floor. They tried to bleed the brake lines at my home and convinced me that it is OK to be like that. I refused and they took the car back to their shop for further repair. 3. They called and said that the modulator need to be bled, but they have no tools and I need to leave the car overnight. 4. They took the car to the "dearlership" , and called me that the car had problem, leak of the master cylinder. 5. They charged me $234.00 for brake pads and the car is now undrivable. They refused to do anything with my car, and wants me to take the car home to have it reoair somewhere else. I couldn't believe that they can provide that kind of service; disregard all safety rules and dishonest. I strongly discourage you from having your car serviced at ProntoLube unless you have good experience and are lucky of having a good automechanist.
