I purchased the "queen for a day" package at Atrium, a 5-6 hour package for $235. The massage was wonderful (the atmosphere would have been better if they hadn't put it in the basement....) and I really enjoyed the facial, but was horribly dissapointed with the manicure, pedicure, haircut and hair style. The manicure and pedicure were very painful; the haircut was about 2 inches shorter than I had asked for and was not the style we had discussed (instead of a nice, layer cut, it was a very basic, straight around the head cut). The "hair style" part of the package consisted of the stylist, Savannah, using a straightening iron to hide the hideous haircut. I tried to resolve the issue with the management, but have hit a brick wall. I am currently speaking with the BBB on the matter.
