No Production Dept. No Traffic Dept. No PR Dept. A New Temp Receptionist Every Day. Fresh Grads ONLY for Account Managers. Will hire the local pizza delivery boy if necessary to complete a project that is way over its head. This bunch of advertising rejects know NOTHING about Advertising. And an HR gal -- "Shepley" we'll call her -- who is A FREAK SHOW WHO CLEARLY IS NON-COMPLIANT W/ HER MEDS. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PSYCHOPATH!

MY ADVICE: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO AN AUTHENTIC AD AGENCY. THIS PLACE ONLY WISHES IT KNEW ADVERTISING.

More social problems, revolving doors, made-up-job-descriptions, fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants establishment than you could imagine. They make it up as they go. All of it.

I dare you to look up Safeco (aka Progressive) in the BBB,anywhere. UNSAT. I'll cut to the chase. Hit by someone with Progressive Insurance? Get a lawyer. All states have a state bar referral service. You can get a 1/2 hour for about $30. All you need to take these clowns to small claims and get your vehicle fixed properly. Then get on your State representatives case about why this company is able to operate. This is a very dishonest company
