They sold me a warranty and now that my 6000.00 unit is out the are offering me 700.00 credit for a replacement. What a joke. Now I will spend more money too hire a lawer too make them honer the warranty. All because there dont make the parts for the unit. I would not recommend the too my worst enemy.

Yeah, I guess it's better that Elaine took the money to feed her heroin addiction, than to be honest and give the money back to the people that donated it. Wouldn't that have been the right thing to do, since the parent's in question are supposedly crackheads? The whole purpose of the benefit was lost! It was about the CHILD, not the parents or the Bauers.

I would warn anyone to never use this company for the heating/airconditioning, plumbing or rennovation needs. They were totally incompetent, costing me more money to repair what they did. The employees did horrible work and the owner Andrew is the rudest man I have ever met.

Be sure and check all materials, cheapest money can buy. Get promises in writing and keep all copies. Ask to see Quail Creek's yards (everyone is replacing their dead sod, after two years)

We knew the roofing and siding job we asked Tom's team to do was a challenge. We had a hornets nest in the eaves, structural changes needed to the front and roof, and removal of old architectural arches around the windows. Tom and his team did an outstanding job!
