I placed an order for five optical mice for my office here at work. It took about nine days till I received the product. That's not terribly long and somewhat understandable. However, when I opened them up they were the cheapest ball mice you can imagine. I tried to return them and they promised to send us a label to ship them back. After three weeks I still hadn't received the label. When I called back to inquire about it, they told me "If you don't want them, just throw them away!" Needless to say I had to cancel the payment on this. I will never work with a company that treats customers this way. It could just be a cruddy Customer Service department and misleading advertisements, but I would never refer this site to another consumer.
