I bought a pair of shoes there and asked what there return policy was. I was told 60 days and that I shouldn't wear the shoes outdoors.
I only wore the shoes a couple of times and they just weren't comfortable. The were Danskos and supposed to be helpful for people who have to stand on their feet all day. They didn't help me.
I don't think they fit right and were probably too big.
I decided to return them only to be told that they looked like they were worn. I was told I could not get a refund and all they could do was give me a discount on another pair of shoes. Now I am stuck with shoes I can't wear and will have to find a way to sell on E-bay or something.'
I think the store should have been more honest and informative about their return policy. I will not go back there for anything and don't recommend this store to anyone. If you do decide to use them anyway- just know that if you buy something from them - it is most likely a final purchase and you most likely will NOT recieve a refund if you decide to return something.
