Using WMIS has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. I would rather use Vonage than this garbage. I have been dealing with their customer service for the past two months now, nothing has changed. My connection is consistently patchy, average ping about 400ms (yes, four hundred), jitter consistently around 100ms. Don't believe it? Check out a ping test. http://www.pingtest.net/result/3218989.png Yes, it really is THAT bad.
And if you're having problems, good luck with their customer service. They have been yanking me around for two solid months haven't even sent a maintenance guy out yet. WMIS is the first business I have ever dealt with that really doesn't care at all about their customers' satisfaction. They just blame the problem on me, despite the fact that I can't play XBox Live period (I continue to pay for the service) or surf the internet (which WMIS still expects me to pay for) without hitting refresh twenty times before the page will load.
Conclusion:
Had I known that WMIS would be my only option for internet service, I wouldn't live here (Williamsburg). Period. I am considering breaking my lease just to get away from the headaches, I can't handle calling them three times a week much longer. God help me.

I just wanted to be in touch to share with you some of the great comments I have been hearing from our Charter Members over the past several months. They are so impressed with the new marketing materials they are seeing - - the Advance inserts, the radio messages, new print materials, etc. One of the Charter Members came in to see me just yesterday and said it again. He is very pleased with the new materials and the direction our marketing is headed. He feels we are right on track and the message is getting through. This was not the first time I've heard this and I'm sure it won't be the last!

So THANK YOU you for all you are doing. I appreciate the work you have done and I know that when we open our doors for occupancy it will be because you have partnered with us to spread the word about the awesome lifestyle seniors will find at Waterford Place. Total Scam!  Did not deliver final product.  Filed complaint and won judgement with Paypal, except funds were pulled from account and could not be recovered.  BEWARE!

Company hires past 'sexual harassment' employees from other companies - that in the past have discharged them.

Once they are hired in as new employees the new employee targets existing employees of similar sexual harassment (as retribution for what happened to them) or similar stories/accusations. In most cased they win.

Employees do NOT work as a team and in many cases go against productivity guidelines. They also set people up to work with workers of other companies that can't speak english and create a harsh environment to work in.

Conclusion: Axios churns employees from less reputable companies to save money and targets great employees to keep their costs down. Employees usually hires previous employees with a wrap sheet of some kind which is NOT disclosed to existing employees therefore everyone else becomes a target for suspenstion and possible termination. People generally hired DO NOT WANT TO WORK AT ALL... GOOD LUCK WITH THIS COMPAN

Management in many cases has previous fore-knowledge of these employees but continues to hire anyway. This complete disregard should be a warning to all... AGAIN, GOOD LUCK!

Suggestion: Go with another agency whenever possible! HAve a good day!

crooks liars!promise to pay and then won't. anybody else have these liars for health insurance? what did you do when they said they would pay and then try and refuse? love to hear other's stories of their experiences with BCBS HMO health insurance. bad insurance crooks and will take your money and refuse to pay. watch out they pocket your payments for premiums and they refuse to pay the bills. the USA has some of the worst insurance in the world.  how sad. a country as rich as us cannot provide good insurnace for everyone. Instead of the elite few who have good insurance from work or the welfare mothers, and illegal immigrants who walk up and have it handed to them. guess I do not dare get sick cannot afford to.

I think I have dogs with more intelligence. They can't even handle a simple print or bindery project when given days to complete it. Kinkos is the devil and I will never go there again.
