I called this number and A company named visions autoglass answered,,They obviously stole the number from autoglass technologies. Any company that practices in this type of shady business will never get a call from me ever, I called Autoglass Technologies and informed them of the stolen site...Autoglass technologies installed my windshield for me educated me on the proper way to install glass and never scratched my paint. They showed me pictures of how most glass companies damage the paint and cause rust under the windshield....I'll never use anyone but AUTOGLASS TECHNOLOGIES for my windshields from now on.

Terrible. Picked up the car after repairs to find that the MILEAGE magically shot up by 500 km! Unbelievable that the mechanic took the car out for their own personal use! Disgraceful service. Just shocking!

I rented one of those U-rent and U-move trucks. We got the truck loaded and about 5 miles down the highway it broke down. We spent about 4 hours from the moment it broke down until the time they fixed it and got us back on the road. About 10 miles further down the highway something else broke on it. This time instead of fixing it they just sent a towing company to come get us. The company that was sent was Grand Rapids Towing. The person they sent was named Mark. Mark was one of the nicest people I have dealt with since he was still very polite to me even though I am sure I was very rude to him over the whole situation even though it was not his fault. Not only did Mark take me to where I was moving my stuff but he also stayed for several hours to help me unload everything and then gave me a ride back to my car at the rental service. I was very impressed with the service I received and if I ever need any type of towing services they will be the first company I call.

We have been going to Charvats for years and Jim Charvat has been very fair with us. He tries to make repairs as economical as possible and one time when our kids needed a repair before going to college out of state, he took the car immediately and worked on it straight until it was done. They literally backed the car out of the repair shop and drove straight to Utah without a problem. When we had 3 driving teens at home, he kept our "fleet" of 5 older cars running very economically. We would recommend Charvats to anyone who wants a repair place they can trust.

I've been taking our cars to this Tuffy for years. They're trustworthy, a huge must for me, and their prices are competitive or even better than the other car repair shops in the area. Their lot is always full of cars and they're always busy...a great sign if you ask me!
