Connie Benigni (Anderson), under the supervision of Dr. Evelyn Vanderveen, injured my face with a laser. I met with Dr. Vanderveen to discuss the damage to my skin. However, during the brief meeting, she refused to examine my face and denied the damage. Dr. Vanderveen then sent me a letter saying she would no longer provide me with medical care. I thought Connie Benigni (Anderson) and Dr. Vanderveen would do everything in their power to fix the damage, I was stunned by their behavior. I finally went to the Mayo Clinic for help. The doctors at the Mayo Clinic were the best. They observed, confirmed and documented the damage to my face. Unfortunately, I will never look the same again.
