honestly, one of the best bars in grand rapids, but it's off the beaten path. west fulton isn't exactly a night-life hot spot, but check out putt putts (it's got a rough exterior, but the inside is welcoming). rather than pay high price over on ionia, enjoy cheap tall drafts (i'm not sure there's anything over $3), as well as great mixed drinks/wells. plus, aj and skinny are two of the coolest guys around, and they'll be sure to treat you right.

Always great service, good drink prices, nice parking, my favorite is the thin crust pizza, the best kept secret in GR. During week its an older crowd, Friday and Saturday after 10 its the 20-30 year olds. Has a steady following of regular patrons that like to kareoke later in the evenings.

Hard to park, not good for big groups --staff did not want to put tables together for us and seemed bothered to make any accomodations. Food was OK for bar food.

Outdated, small cramped bar with wierd vibe. Went on two occassions, one had to stay inside until police cleared parking lot of gunman, second had a fight/tussle. Bathrooms are disgusting so I can't imagine what the "kitchen" looks like. This seems like a last ditch, last chance dive with a funky smell, that only their regulars could stand. My friend said the night she was there the patrons took off underwear and hung it from the ceiling. Classless place, I wouldn't recommend it.
