I don't have any actual complaint against the laundry mat itself, it's against the manager on duty on Labor day 2009. I stopped there to do my laundry as I have before. I was minding my own business talking on my phone in the parking lot. A little girl was standing next to me mocking me and being the rudest kid I had ever encountered. I walked away from the child only to be followed and mocked some more. I called the child a little brat. The child went and told her mother who then came out and began using every word in the dirty language dictionary. The manager then came out and started doing the same thing. I expected it from the mother as I could tell she was not very high class, but the manager should know better than to treat a customer in that way. She got in my face, pointing her finger at me using the f word, calling me an asshole. When I got in my vehicle to leave, she came up pounding her finger on my window saying, "if you start something with me, you better finish it or I will you f-ing a**hole". The police were called and she filed a tresspassing order against me. Again, this isn't the way a "manager" should act or treat customers.
