This guy is flaky and unreliable. I scheduled an appointment to have an appliance repaired; the guy said he would make it on Monday or Tuesday. Never showed. No call, nothing. A couple of weeks pass....I'm busy and not too worried about this particular item because it's not a "can't live without it" type of thing. I decide to give the guy the benefit of the doubt and call him back. He does seem to have the lowest rate for a service call, so I decide I'll try again. I call him, he apologizes, takes all my info again, sets me up for the next day, and lo and behold, he doesn't show again! I can't understand how he stays in business with this kind of service. Here is a prime example of "you get what you pay for". I'll pay a few dollars more and get someone who is reliable. Unbelievable that someone is so lax about a potential customer with all the competition out there.....
