I got married at Berean. Way back. The pastor is great. terrific really. he grew up catholic and then kept the bigger view of the world and how we fit into it . Not the other way around. Very practical and yet very synthetic thinker. has a few more degrees than the average baptist pastor and it shows. if you grew up dutch reformed of some kind or catholic you will like this church. Its also very close to downtown and is than than 3 minutes from most of the downtown condos. The choir is great ( can we say it rocks?) and is led by an older spitfire type of lady -and the music is terrific. Special music each service. The place has lots and lots of programs and a great many good cooks if you like food.
