A group of about 12 of us decided to use Dadds for a going away party. Two friends of ours were going to be moving to Virginia and we wanted to send them off in style. We wanted to visit a few of their favorite bars and safely travel around Grand Rapids for the night. All 12 of us met at one location to be picked up. We were told we would have a bus with cups, cupholders, a bathroom and tables. However, when we got picked up, Dadds had apparently given that bus to someone else, and we had basically what looked like an airport shuttle with only seats in a U-shape. There were no cups-we had to make the driver take us to a Walgreens and pay for them ourselves. There were no tables or cupholders. The first thing our driver said to us was "no smoking and no fighting on the bus." It sounded as if he had already judged how the night was going to go. He also informed us that the previous week, a group had gotten out of hand and broken out into fights, leaving the entire bus covered in blood. This also led us to wonder how thoroughly he had cleaned up the mess on the seats we were now sitting on.
After the first stop, we got back on the bus to find everything spilled and toppled over. The floor and seats were completely wet and sticky from the refreshments we had brought. Basically the service went downhill steadily from there, from us having to wait for the driver (Tony-I would highly recommend you ask for someone else as a driver if you dare to use this company) for at least 20 minutes every time we wanted to be picked up to him squealing the tires as he sped off at 2:30 am in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the night.
I could probably write two more pages of complaints, but I think you get the picture. FYI, when we called the dispatcher to complain that night, they hung up on us, so good luck if you are still considering Dadds.
