I sent my newly-bought laptop to install a new dual core processor. They promised they could finish in two days. They never called when it was installed. I walked into the store to collect it on the third day without their notification. The laptop was sitting there and it was completed (and they did not call me). I turned on the laptop on the spot and discovered that the keyboard was not working. Apparently, they broke my keyboard. Since that day onwards, all I heard from Central Computers was that they could finish fixing it either today or tomorrow. But they never kept their words. They said they would call but never. This store is basically have no service and so unreliable. On last thing, I hope they hire employees that could speak proper English. I, myself, coming from Singapore can speak better English than some of the staffs there. What a shame!

The service was exceptional. They also had powerful air conditioning on a rare, hot SF day.

There was only one 32GB, white iPhone 3gs in stock, and my sales rep, Monica, literally sprinted to the back to ensure that I got it, and not one of the other customers in the store.

Monica was also able to get my Verizon number ported over to ATT in minutes.

Who knows how the network will be - from understand, it is buckling under the weight of too many iPhone bandwidth hogs. But I have no complaints about AT&T's service or facility in the Mission.

STAY AWAY, I remembered when my dad had his VCR fixed several years ago, and they broke a part of the VCR while fixing it, refused a refund. I remembered their were intense verbal exchanges between my dad and their employees,

Really, not reliable, not responsible for their actions

The owner's nice enough, but he's kind of a swindler - beware. Don't let him BS you.

Excellent prices. check the weekly specials. Taiwanese ownership and staff, service can be tough to get but hey compared to CompUSA this is heaven. More PC than Mac but if you're a budget and don't care about brand, this is a good place to go.
