These people truely are angels! They will come pick up your laundry from your home and deliver it back to your door in 24 hours! For the same ( maybe even less ) cost it takes for you at the dry cleaners! Anyone living in San Francisco knows laundry sucks. Walking blocks with bags and loads of laundry, your change and your detergent is a pain in the arse! So you procrastinate. And then it really SUCKS! Because now it's tripled in size. Fear nothing....call Crystal Cleaners! They are so polite and so easy to work with. They carried my laundry down 4 flights of stairs and brought it up those same flights of stairs when it was delivered. No questions asked! When I tried to tip them, they said NO. Wait, excuse me? After using them a few times I convinced them to take my tips and they did. Of course, why not? And they deserved every penny of it! You can tag your clothing with notes to wash in cold or hot, to hang dry and sometimes even minor alterations can be done! And wait, did I mention it's only 0.75/lb!!!!!! Make sure you have a good amount of clothes though...because there is a $20.00 minimum. Relax, sit back and enjoy your night while your laundry is being done by these laundry angels :)

this is the WORST place in the area! in fact, I'm fairly and have only written 1 review but I think people should know just how bad this place really is.
Melanie (the owner) shrunk my new dress practically two sizes, it went from a knee length office dress to a thigh-hi-ultra-mini style and no longer fits my chest area either. She also gave me some other woman's work blouse AND then she couldn't find mine. She refused to reimburse me the $21 she charged (overcharged rather) me for the specific two items, not to mention I had spent $60 already on my husband's items on that same pick up and I'm now left without my own work blouse. She offered a store credit only after she yelled at me that she is just too busy and can't keep it all straight all the time. Really? $21. Right. Not once did she even apologize for the whole inconvenience.

They are entirely TOO expensive for what you get: Rude, terrible customer service, and no quality work. Melanie does not care about her staff or her customers and she has been extremely unprofessional many times. My co-worker, sister and her best friend, all have now told me their own horror stories and ruined or lost clothes. My experience was not a random chance occurrence. Vic's is the worst cleaners truly. There's is nothing good about this place and I will never go back. I don't recommend them to anyone. the bad service is a waste of time and money.

I suggest my old cleaners, DeLuxe Cleaners on Laguna in Cow Hollow. They are by far the best in the city and reasonably priced and always nice. It is worth the drive to the other neighborhood.

Loveliness is owned by a family that has absolutely NO INTEGRITY or PRINCIPLES!! This family is a bunch of LOW-LIFES that lie and cheat for a living; they have no shame whatsoever because they don't think what they practice is GLARINGLY BAD! (This family has no intelligence and logic. In fact, a stump has more brain than the entire loveliness family combined.) They do not abide to the basic laws of morality. They change the terms of the contract when it suits them. Run away from them as fast you can and be glad you did. This family operation does not know anything about customer service or doing business the honest way; all they care about is taking/ROBBING people's money. They charge a lot of money, but only commit to doing the minimum amount of work. They claim to have been in the business "successfully" for over 10 years, but they could have fooled me based on what my husband and I have been through over these painful 16 months and counting. The owners have amnesia and can't recall what they say from day-to-day. When trying to get you to sign on the dotted line, they will tell you whatever you want to hear; however, once they get you to sign on the dotted line, that is where the ORDEAL really begins. They've no regards for you after you've put down a deposit. Forget about customer service; loveliness is an experience no one should go through -- you make requests but the staff rarely replies unless "you" initiate it. My husband and I have lost track on the number of times when they said we would have our pictures to review in a couple weeks, only to have a month go by and not even a phone call; and when we finally get the changes, only a fraction of them are done -- many done incompetently. One of their many problems is that they NEVER admit their faults, even when it's obvious. The pictures are processed by the most incompetent group of so-called "professionals" in Taiwan. That's double incompetency because loveliness is run by those who barely know English. They don't know how to perform touch-ups. My husband and I found so many pictures that are untouched in our engagement layout. Instead of admitting their wrong doings, they blamed us for making too many changes. Also, be prepared to tell these JOKERS many times when pointing out their mistakes. To save time, I suggest you write them down once and be prepared to submit that list many times over to those "professionals". Again, do not count on getting your pictures anytime soon. It has been over a year now and we have yet to receive our engagement and wedding day albums and other products. For the most part, monkeys could comparatively do just as admirable a job, charge less, and customers would not have to brave the amount of b/s and excuses. Do not get SUCKERED in by these CON ARTISTS. They deserve negative points; however, I can't give them zero stars because this is a requirement of the website. This place should be ASHAMED to call itself a business. Please, do yourself a BIG favor and avoid this place like the plague. My husband and I think a sharp stick in the eye would have been less of a TRIBULATION/SUFFERING than having to deal with the amount of incompetency called loveliness.

We can definitely relate to ALL the bad reviews. Every single HORRIBLE thing that people (all that have posted their reviews) have gone through, my husband and I have the exact same experience. Loveliness is HOPELESS! It's too bad that there's not a way that we victims can warn new potential loveliness victims. My husband and I TRULY regret giving them our business. WE CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT THIS IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE BOTH OF US EVER MADE!!! They've no respect for us as customers, even though we've given them thousands of dollars.

Furthermore, for some odd reason, people "seem to think" their son, ricky, is the "best" photographer. Absolutely NOT, NOT even close!! He's not even a photographer by trade; it's NOT part of his background. He was a mechanic. He learns how to take photos as he goes along and uses his customers as "guinea pigs." The biggest joke is that you've to pay a premium, $500, if you want him to be your photographer because he so "busy" and "in-demand". My husband and I know better since he shot our engagement photos. Anyone can take better pictures than him, and they don't even need a $3,000 camera that they claim they use. Fortunately for us, we had a different photographer for our wedding day shoot, and he was way better than that clown, ricky. If you ever deal with the son, you'll find that he has NO CLASS (down-right rude, obnoxious, illogical, unreasonable, retarded.) Because he's such a MAJOR LOSER who cannot keep a job, his mother has built up this business, "loveliness" (via the most DISHONEST way) to take care of him since he's her only son.

For more negative reviews, please visit other websites: Yelp, Yahoo bussiness reviews, Citysearch, Chopstick brides. I'm sure there are more, but t

Please, do yourself a great service -- avoid Loveliness and thank God you did!!! Just believe me when I tell you that you just avoided what would have been "the" WORST consumer experience of your life. If you read other reviews on other websites, you will find out this place treats its customers like crap. How could so many different people experience the same crappy service and this place still remain in business?????? Please, do not subject yourself to this kind of abuse. Loveliness took what should have been one of the most memorable events in a couple's life and turned it into one long nightmarish encounter that still persists today. It has been well over a year and my wife and I have yet to get a single photograph from this place -- unless you count the thank you cards we received. These people are a bunch of dishonest, two-faced thieves who prey on the unsuspecting. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!! BE FOREWARNED... DO NOT sign a contract with these group of unprofessionals called Loveliness. They will ruin your event... if not, you certainly will not get your pictures anytime soon or get what you paid for.

Where should I start with Loveliness' incompetence? Let me count the ways...

1. the unresponsiveness of the entire staff regarding getting back to me about picture touch ups and layout modifications. They take weeks to make changes that should take minutes, if not seconds; often times, changes were either not done at all or done incorrectly and made worse than the original picture itself. How could that be possible??? My wife and I found ourselves having to request the staff multiple times to do the things we wanted. To tell you the truth, we have better things to do than spend time going over and over our photos, only to have them done incompetently. I told my wife the other day, my only root canal was less painful and arduous than having to deal with that incompetent staff!!!!!!

2. Loveliness demands final payment before delivering a final product. That was a mistake I made... no one should have to make final payment without receiving a final product. Additionally, no where is that posted either in the store or in the contract itself. Apparently, Loveliness conjures up their policies up as they go along... or so it seems.

3. Their bunch of "designers" (if you want to call them that) are in and from Taiwan. That is probably one reason why it takes them so long because they are so far away and because of the time differential. You lose one day right there because they operate while we are asleep. However, my experience and sixth sense tell me that working with the staff here in SF and conveying our wishes to them, something is being lost in the translation. When dealing with the owner directly, she even admitted to me that her English is not that good. What the heck??? You are doing business in the US... if you tell me you understand what I am saying and asking for and are taking feverish notes, I assume you understand what I am requesting your staff to do; otherwise, ask for clarification. Do not think you "know" what I want and subsequently deliver me pictures that is the exact opposite of my request.

My wife and I guess that anyone can start a business nowadays; however, how this place has lasted this long is beyond us. I guess Darwinism has not caught up to Loveliness yet... but I hope it does soon!!!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE... do yourselves a favor and avoid Loveliness. "Loveliness"... this place should be called "Incompetence". It looks like we are going to have to bring litigation action against this place to get resolution to our problem. Too bad all of us who have experienced bad service from this company cannot ban together and close this place down!!!!!! However, from writing bad reviews and by telling others, perhaps we can facilitate Darwinism in the right direction.

The women who work at this store are the rudest salesclerks I have ever encountered. They are downright nasty. They are right, the customer is wrong. You should be pleased that they are willing to speak to you at all and should be so happy to hand over your money for some overpriced single-use dress.

The return policy is 72 hours from the moment you take possession of your ruffly, uncomfortable creation. Of course the 72 hours includes all of the hours they are not open. In short, once you buy that dress it is with you until you have the good sense to dump it off at Goodwill so someone can use it as a clown outfit on Halloween.

Buyer beware. Stay away from this store. Buy a nice dress at Bloomingdales.

They were perfect. Kevin (my DJ from Denon & Doyle) was such a pro. If you are planning a wedding ask for him.

This bridal shop is now called illuna boutique, but the selection just keeps getting better and better! I found them online first at www.illuna-fashion.com so i knew exactly what wedding dress I wanted. I just printed out the picture and brought it in, tried it on, and bought it. At their low prices, I just had to get it, even if I only wear it at the wedding reception dinner. It's a great back up.
